Wallboard (Version 1)

Binary Networks provides two wallboard options for customers with an agent group (ACD).   This wallboard is the Basic (V1).  A fully-featured wallboard is also available in your CallPLUS platform.

Key Features

  • Review agents logged in / out.
  • Review number of calls in the last 60 minutes.
  • Identify Key Metrics including:
    • Average Ring Time
    • Average IVR Time
    • Average Talk Time
    • Average Hold Time
    • Average Idle Time
  • Leaderboard (Calls taken per agent)
  • SLA Metrics
    • Total Calls Completed (No. & %)
    • Total Hangups while waiting (No. & %)
    • Total Hangups while ringing (No. & %)
    • Total Redirects  (No. & %)
    • Connected calls (No. & %)
    • Waiting Calls   (No. & %)
  • Audible alarm if SLA Metric is breached
