CallPLUS – Wallboard

To access the Agent Group wallboard, you must:

  • Purchase the Wallboard monthly subscription from us
  • Use the agent group (ACD) function
  • Be able to display the information using your web browser

 

Wallboard Information

The wallboard will display

  • The agents currently logged in and their status (idle, ringing, busy, DND)
  • The number of calls in the queue and their wait time
  • The queue metrics including Completed, Average Wait, Averange Ring, Average Talk
  • How many calls were lost and the reason
  • Summary of agents
  • Graphs – Calls per Hour, Calls by Extension (Leaderboard)
  • Call History
