Setup fees and once-off charges

Your first invoice may include charges beyond just your agreed monthly fee. For example, your first invoice may include:

• Equipment Purchases
• Setup fees
• Carrier installation charges
• Labour charges
• Deposits or installment payments
• Porting fees

Please check your bill carefully as each of these items will be itemised.

Pro-Rated Amounts

For most services, you are charged a monthly access fee in advance. As invoices are generated monthly, your first invoice may include pro-rated charges for the previous month. For example, your first invoice may include 2 weeks from the previous month (in arrears) as well as your usual monthly charge in advance.

This allows us to align your charges to the closest billing period and ensure that you can begin using your service right away once it is activated.

Check your bill carefully to identify the date period that is shown next to each charge.
