Warranty for goods and equipment

All Binary Networks hardware and equipment is sold with a 12 month return to base warranty from the date of sale.

Some models of SNOM IP Telephones have an additional 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Before claiming a warranty return, we will complete basic analysis of the product. This might include:
> Gathering information regarding the fault.
> Trying to replicate the fault using diagnostic tools.
> Identify whether the fault is due to a manufacturing issue or user error.

We are unable to accept the return of the goods until we authorise the return via the Return Authority. We will ask you some questions and perform some basic tests.

Once we have completed these tests, we will issue you with a Return Authority.

Once you receive your return authority, you will be required to send the equipment back to us at your own cost. Please ensure the goods are appropriately packed and secured for transport and include all the cables, user manuals, original box etc. that came with the item.

Once we receive the item from you, our service team will test the unit and provide you with our findings. The unit will then be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. The manufacturer will make the determination on whether the items are repaired or replaced.

The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you at our cost.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, damaged goods or user error. We may however be able to find an alternative product or solution that will meet your needs.
