Notification of planned maintenance

From time to time, Binary Networks or our partners and carriers, may perform maintenance on their networks. In some instances the maintenance activity can be planned in advance however sometimes unforeseen events can occur such as infrastructure damage, system failure or catastrophic weather events.

Network Related Maintenance

If Binary Networks plans to conduct maintenance that may affect your service or we are experiencing an issue with a key component of our network, we will make this information publicly available on our status page: http://status.binarynetworks.com.au

NBNCo Maintenance

If your service is affected by planned maintenance on the NBNCo Network, we will send you an email. We automatically forward you this notification as soon as it is received however it is not uncommon for emergency or unforeseen works to occur before you receive the notification. Not all maintenance (such as electrical works) are completed outside of business hours. Please keep this in mind when developing your business continuity plan. You can check for outages and planned works by checking the NBN website: https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status

Other Maintenance

Other works such as maintenance on our fibre networks will be emailed to you as soon as the information becomes available. Unfortunately unforeseen events may occur such as facility damage of which we may not be able to give you prior notice.
