Hosted PBX – Feature Charges

All charges in this document are shown exclusive of GST.

 

Extension Fee

As per your service agreement, this is a monthly fee for each extension, voicemail box (or registration) attached to your Hosted PBX System.  For example, if you have 10 extensions on your telephone system, the monthly fee is calculated as 10 x extension rate.

 

ACD / Agent Group

This is a special feature for call queuing and is typically found in call center environments.  This feature attracts a monthly fee of $50.00 per month.

 

Hunt Group

This feature allows a call to be passed to be passed to multiple users simultaneously. This feature attracts a monthly fee of $2.00 per month.

 

Auto Attendant / IVR

An Auto Attendant or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) allows you to prompt your callers to select a menu option or department.  The fee for this product is $5.00 per month.

 

Conference Room

A conference facility is built-in to the PBX and allows up to 25 callers to talk simultaneously. This is handy for staff meetings or webinars and is billed at $50.00 per month.

 

 

Call Recording

If you would like to record incoming and/or outgoing calls on your Hosted PBX platform, a call recording license fee applies. This fee is negotiated on a case by case basis based on the scale of the system and the storage requirements.
