Forwarding (Diverting) calls from the Customer Portal

If you are out of the office (or working remotely) and you need to divert your SIP Phone service to another number:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal
  2. From the menu, select SIP Subscribers
  3. Next to the telephone number you would like to divert, click View
  4. Click the Call Forwarding tab
  5. In the All Calls field, enter the number you would like to divert to.     (Ensure no spaces or non-numeric characters)
  6. Click Save Changes
  7. Click Close

To disable the diversion:

  1. Log into the Customer Portal
  2. From the menu, select SIP Subscribers
  3. Next to the telephone number you would like to divert, click View
  4. Click the Call Forwarding tab
  5. Remove the number from the All Calls field
  6. Click Save Changes
  7. Click Close
