If you are out of the office (or working remotely) and you need to divert your SIP Phone service to another number:
- Log into the Customer Portal
- From the menu, select SIP Subscribers
- Next to the telephone number you would like to divert, click View
- Click the Call Forwarding tab
- In the All Calls field, enter the number you would like to divert to. (Ensure no spaces or non-numeric characters)
- Click Save Changes
- Click Close
To disable the diversion:
- Log into the Customer Portal
- From the menu, select SIP Subscribers
- Next to the telephone number you would like to divert, click View
- Click the Call Forwarding tab
- Remove the number from the All Calls field
- Click Save Changes
- Click Close
