Logging into the Customer Portal

Binary Networks customer portal will allow you to:

  • Review your account information
  • Review your invoices
  • Make a payment
  • Change your SIP service configuration
  • Review your services

Logging into the Portal

  1. Navigate to portal.binarynetworks.com.au
  2. Enter your account number    (you can locate this on your welcome email or a recent bill)
  3. Enter your portal password

If you receive a error, your portal access may not be enabled.

Enabling/Retrieving your portal password

Call Binary Networks Accounts on 1300 246 279 (option 3) to reset your password or activate your account.
