Attended transfer
- Put the call (Party A) on hold by press the HOLD on-screen softkey.
- Dial the number that you wish to transfer the call to (Party B) and press (or press programmed extension key)
- If Party B wishes to accept the call, press XFER
Blind transfer
- With call ringing or on the line (Party A)
- Press XFER button
- Dial the phone number the call is to be transferred to (Party B) and press (or press programmed extension key)
