Attended transfer

  • Put the call (Party A) on hold by press the HOLD softkey.
  • Dial the number that you wish to transfer the call to (Party B) and press   (or press extension key)
  • If Party B wishes to accept the call, press XFER

Blind transfer

  • With call ringing or on the line (Party A)
  • Press XFER button
  • Dial the phone number the call is to be transferred to (Party B) and press (or press extension key)
