Key Features

Call Detail Records

• Generate call detail records (CDR) reports for up to 6 months for incoming and outgoing calls to/from the carrier trunk.

 

Extension Report

• Compare performance by extension with metrics such as Total Incoming & Outgoing Calls, Total Incoming & Outgoing Minutes and Average Incoming & Outgoing Minutes
• Per Extension Report

 

Report Scheduling

• Receive daily, weekly or monthly scheduled reports via email (with CSV) with a CDR or Extension Report

 

Agent Group (ACD) History

• Generate a list of calls that passed through the agent group and their final status.
